How I can help
By listening carefully to your business requirements and then using over 20 years technical knowledge and experience to deliver practical solutions in a friendly and constructive manner. This normally involves working closely with, and co ordinating the work of ,specialists from different disciplines across the firm.
I lead our financial outsourcing service aimed typically at larger entities where the objective is to free a company's internal financial resources to concentrate on running the business whilst allowing us to manage the year end and interim reporting process. Clients in this area include a global transportation business, a national chain of health clubs and a quoted financial services group.
My experience
As well as being a Chartered Accountant I'm a Certified Valuation Analyst, a United States qualification in business valuations. Client work has ranged from local owner managed businesses through to FTSE 100 companies.
How long I've been part of the Cooper Parry team
A long time ! I did my initial training and qualification with Cooper Parry before spending 5 years with one of the Big 4 in Birmingham. I rejoined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 1994.
What I did before
A Law Degree at Nottingham University and a couple of summers spent as a caddy on the European Golf circuit!
