We are committed to recruiting ambitious and talented individuals with a real desire to develop themselves personally and contribute to our growth and success. We know that each individual brings their own experiences and knowledge to the team, therefore we encourage diversity among our applicants – currently our team members have backgrounds ranging from accounting to food science. As long as you have the drive and enthusiasm to succeed, you’ll fit right in.
Application Process
Our graduate scheme attracts a lot of interest and competition for places is intense. We want to gauge if you fit with Cooper Parry's culture and have the ability to become a decision maker in the future. This will help you to judge if you are the right person for Cooper Parry and if Cooper Parry is the right company for you. We use a multi-tiered assessment process to give you the best chance to shine, the main stages are summarised below:
Stage 1 – Online application form
Stage 2 - Online numerical and verbal reasoning tests
Stage 3 – 1st interview with a line manager
The type of interview will depend on the office and team you have applied to. At this stage you may also get the chance to have an informal discussion with some of our team members and get a tour of the office.
Stage 4 – Final interview and presentation to Partner
If you’re successful you’ll get invited back for the final stage of the process which will involve a second interview with a Partner and a brief presentation. Don’t worry though, you’ll be fully informed of what’s required from you prior to your presentation and interview and you will have plenty of time to prepare.

We accept graduates from all backgrounds, although it is essential that you have, or expect to attain, a 2:1 honours degree. We will consider applications from good candidates all year round, but places are limited so be prepared to impress!
