I advise on business and strategic issues.

My experience

I have over 20 years dedicated corporate finance experience including extended periods in London and with a Big 4 practice. I'm a Chartered Accountant and head of the Corporate Finance team.

My lead advisory experience is wide ranging including company sales, acquisitions, MBO's, MBI's and private equity assignments with significant overseas experience.

I have also spent two years "on the other side of the table" as Commercial/Financial Director and shareholder of a venture capital backed company which achieved a successful exit - I believe invaluable experience which is unique amongst advisers in our region.

How long I've been part of the team

I joined Cooper Parry in February 2001 to set up the Corporate Finance team.

My interests

Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family.  I enjoy most sports, travelling and spending time with friends.
