How I can help

I help Directors and Shareholders achieve their goals by providing Corporate Finance advice and support in relation to a transaction. This incorporates a wide range of scenarios that includes corporate disposals, acquisitions, management buy outs, private equity investment, fundraising and refinancing.

My experience

I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with a wide range of transactional experience from company sales to MBOs. I’ve worked on a number of successful deals including transactions involving private equity investment, overseas acquirers and UK corporates. Recent transactions include the secondary MBO of Dynamic-Materials Group and the Octopus Ventures backed MBO of LEEC.

How long I've been part of the team

I joined Cooper Parry in 2004 before moving into the Corporate Finance team in 2007.

My interests

I enjoy playing a variety of sports, most notably football and golf. I'm a long suffering fan of Leeds United and an armchair fan of most other sports. I’m also a keen traveller - my favourite place being South East Asia and a recent addition to the skiing population.
