Two New Recruits join the Wealth Strategies Team

16 January 2012

Cooper Parry Wealth Strategies, based in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, has taken on Marie Smith and Tracey Corbett as part of an ongoing expansion of the firm. The appointments see Marie join as an experienced paraplanner of many years while Tracey Corbett comes in as an ambitious graduate trainee paraplanner. Both will assist Cooper Parry’s advisers in building financial strategies for structuring and managing clients’ wealth.

Rebecca Aldridge, director at Cooper Parry Wealth Strategies, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Marie and Tracey to the firm and are looking forward to seeing them grow and develop over the coming years.

“Cooper Parry Wealth Strategies are building for the future and by bringing in these new faces we are strengthening not just our technical expertise but also the quality of service that our clients enjoy with us.

Marie, who previously worked as a paraplanner for Chesterton House Financial Planning in Loughborough, has experience in building financial strategies for affluent clients and will now provide support across the wealth team in her new role. She is currently studying towards the Diploma in Financial Planning.

Tracey graduated from Nottingham Business School with a degree in Financial Services Planning and Management. Her responsibilities will include administration and support for all Wealth Strategies clients as she embarks on Cooper Parry’s graduate development scheme.

She said: “I am excited about this new challenge at Cooper Parry Wealth Strategies and I’m hoping to develop my skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications and, in time, become a successful financial planner myself.”
