For the fourth year Regional business advisers, Cooper Parry, have been recognised as one of the country’s best places to work.
At the prestigious awards ceremony it was announced that Cooper Parry had been placed 21st in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Medium Companies to Work For 2008.
For the last two years, due to an increase in employees to over 290 across the three offices, Cooper Parry has been entered into the medium sized category.
HR Director Neena Tebbutt said ‘This is a big leap forward on our impressive 33rd place last year making it a fantastic achievement. The awards are based on our people’s feedback given honestly and openly – it is true recognition of our progress in making Cooper Parry a great place to work. ‘
Chief Executive Jeremy Bowler commented ‘Since our first entry in 2004 we have introduced even more improvements. For us this process is constantly evolving. We have also recently been selected as Investors in People Champion organisation – one of only 35 elite companies in the UK. Both achievements highlight our commitment to providing the best possible working environment for our people. This in turn will only lead to greater benefits to our clients as Cooper Parry continues to develop its culture of excellent service.’
