Cooper Parry, business advisers based in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester have been ranked 14th out of the 100 Top Professional Services Firms to Work for, a report by the Managing Partners’ Forum (MPF) revealed.
The MPF derived the table from the accreditation company, Best Companies. Around 90 per cent of the ranking is decided from employee feedback on such matters as stress levels, opportunities to learn and pay levels.
The MPF 100 Best Professional Firms to Work For league table and report, salutes a group of professional firm leaders that have had the courage to invite their people to complete a rigorous independent survey of their workplace experiences in the knowledge that the results will be widely published and may impact the firm’s corporate reputation.
