I have over 20 years dedicated corporate finance experience including extended periods in London and with a Big 4 practice. I’m a Chartered Accountant and head of the Corporate Finance team.
My lead advisory experience is wide ranging including company sales, acquisitions, MBO’s, MBI’s and private equity assignments with significant overseas experience.
How long I've been part of the Cooper Parry team
I joined Cooper Parry in February 2001 to set up the Corporate Finance team.What I did before
Coming from a big four background, I have also spent two years "on the other side of the table” as Commercial/Financial Director and shareholder of a venture capital backed company which achieved a successful exit – I believe invaluable experience which is unique amongst advisers in our region.Great things I've done
Over the years I have had involvement in the following transactions:- Company sale of St Tropez to a private equity led team MBO of software business
- $15m MBO of intellectual property business
- £15m company sale of recruitment business
- £12m company sale of cleaning company
I have also gained sector knowledge in the following areas as a result of my transactional history:- Construction & Building, Healthcare & Pharmacy, IT Technology, Retail & Consumer
My interests
Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family – Carole, Lewis my son and Erin my daughter. I enjoy most sports and travelling and spending time with friends.How to contact me
