Team BBQ at Quarndon
Derby Business advisers Cooper Parry, managed to swerve the summer rain and celebrate the arrival of their new graduates with team members at a BBQ event at Quarndon Cricket Club.
It was a chance to enjoy a different kind of team catch up which included a variety of sporting activities ranging from rounders, to tug o’ war. Everyone present was treated to the sight of the firm’s partners donning their aprons and coming up with some catering delights.
The evening ended with a few ‘non-competitive’ card games and ‘Super Mario Cart’ playing on the Nintendo WII along with a burger eating contest between colleagues Danny Parker and Gemma Saunders.
Partner Ade Cheatham said, ‘It was a fun and relaxed occasion and gave us all an opportunity to get to know one another a bit better away from the office environment.’
