Joanna Wills and Ivan Wilcox, based at Cooper Parry Leicester

Leicester business advisers, Cooper Parry expand with the appointment of two assistant managers to their Business Tax and Audit teams.

Ivan Wilcox, member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, brings over twelve years’ tax experience to his role. He joins Cooper Parry’s Business Tax team having previously worked as a Tax Manager in a local accountancy practice and HM Revenue & Customs.

Ivan’s role will be to manage a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients and focus on tax compliance and mitigation through his extensive knowledge of reliefs, deductions and elections.

Joanna Wills, member of the ICAEW, has eight years’ experience in the profession. She joins Cooper Parry having previously worked as an Assistant Audit Manager for a national accountancy practice in Leicester and prior to that, a local accountancy practice as trainee.

Joanna’s role will be to manage the audit and accountancy affairs of a portfolio of clients.  Her main responsibility will be to ensure audit compliance and address any issues.  She will also help clients to manage their business effectively throughout the financial year.

Both said they were delighted to have joined Cooper Parry and were looking forward to exciting challenges ahead.
