How I can help
I am part of the team looking after the IT solutions Helpdesk ensuring that all problems reported to the Helpdesk are resolved efficiently and effectively. My aim is to ensure that all of our clients receive excellent customer service and have a positive experience when dealing with the Helpdesk.
My experience
I began my career as a helpdesk technician and have progressed through to managing the team. I am able to use my experience to introduce new procedures to continually improve the Helpdesk.

What I did before
Before working at Cooper Parry I spent some time working at Natwest on their internal IT Helpdesk resolving all manner of support calls.
My interests
In my spare time I enjoy cycling and jogging as well as socialising with friends.
