Cooper Parry Corporate Finance advise on recruitment deal

Nottingham and Leicester based Financial and HR Recruitment Company Macildowie Associates Limited has been acquired by Belfast based investment company Synetecs Group and were advised by Cooper Parry Corporate Finance.
Paul Macildowie will be remaining in the business and commented “Over the past few years, Macildowie Associates has established an excellent reputation with customers and developed a strong management team.
