It's a wrap for Operation Christmas Child

Employees at regional business advisers, Cooper Parry, together with a number of local professionals, have been working hard to fill up their shoe boxes with toys and gifts to support the annual Operation Christmas Child project.
Heath Walker and David Browne, corporate finance partners at Cooper Parry, have spearheaded the charitable campaign for the past three years from their Nottingham, Derby and Leicester offices, to help provide Christmas cheer for underprivileged children in Eastern Europe and Africa.
Heath Walker said ‘The response from our employees has been tremendous and we are delighted with the support from our friends and associates in the local professional community.’
Together they have filled nearly 200 shoe boxes and their kindness will be appreciated by children who would normally have very little to look forward to.
Heath continued, ’Regardless of the economic issues which we may be facing in the UK, it’s great that the professional community continues to put things into context and recognises there is always somebody who is significantly worse off than we will ever be. It is fantastic to feel that we have delivered a brief moment of happiness to a number of less fortunate children somewhere in the world.’
