My experience
I’ve worked on numerous MBOs, acquisitions and company sales. I’m a chartered accountant with over nine years experience.
How long I've been part of the Cooper Parry team
I joined the team at Cooper Parry in October 2004.
What I did before
I spent five years with a private equity firm and before that, six years with a national accountancy practice.
Great things I've done
Over the years I have had involvement in the following transactions:-
- £18.5m private-equity backed MBO of Designdock, owner of the Golddigga fashion brand
- Company Sale of Salem Automation to Norwegian based Hitec Industries
- MBO of Owen Pugh group of companies
- £10m MBO of a construction services business
- Company Sale of Griffin Information Systems to Octium
I have also gained sector knowledge in the following areas as a result of my transactional history:-

My interests
I am married and have two children. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, watching Derby County, cycling and travelling.
