Cooper Parry strengthens external HR Service

Regional business advisers, Cooper Parry, have strengthened their HR Consultancy team with the appointment of Adrian Rowley.
Having over 12 years line management and human resources experience in the retailing, manufacturing and construction industries, Adrian will operate across the firm’s Nottingham, Derby and Leicester offices. His main focus will be to develop the firm’s external HR service, advising clients on all aspects of people management.
Adrian Rowley said: ‘My role will be to steer clients through a minefield of employment legislation to help them achieve their business objectives through the effective management of their most important asset – their people.’
