Regional business advisers, Cooper Parry, have recently strengthened their HR Consulting team with several new appointments and the promotion of Clare Johnson to Director.
Last year Lynn Williams joined the Leicester office and Trina Caldwell joined the Derby office, more recently Adrian Rowley has been appointed to work as a Consultant from Nottingham. With these key appointments and Clare Johnson’s promotion to Director, Cooper Parry’s service offering has been strengthened in each of their three offices.
The HR Consulting team offers a wide range of HR services to local businesses which include providing Strategic HR Business Partner support, advising on general ad hoc day to day operational issues, managing HR related projects for businesses, supporting businesses with an outsourced HR Administration service and ensuring clients have up to date and legally compliant contracts and handbooks.
Clare Johnson, who has been responsible for the HR Consulting service for the past two years, said: “The team has grown dramatically in the past 12 months and I am really pleased that we can now offer dedicated team members to clients from each of our three offices.”
