How I can help
I lead the HR Consulting Team at Cooper Parry. I recognise that people issues today can be a minefield for employers and I offer clear and straightforward advice on all types of employee related issues.
My experience
I gained my membership to the CIPD in 1997 and became MCIPD in 2001. I then went on to complete a Masters in Human Resource Management in 2002.
How long I've been part of the Cooper Parry team
I joined Cooper Parry in January 2006.
What I did before
I have over 13 years experience working in the Human Resources field and have worked in both the public and private sector environments, including KPMG and the NHS.
Great things I've done
I have worked in both operational and strategic roles and have been involved in a number of HR projects which have included organisational restructuring, process improvements and the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
My interests
Going to the gym, enjoy going to see live music, spending time with my family and friends.
