Trainee HR Consultant
How I can help
I am a Trainee HR Consultant within the team. I support the HR Consultants in dealing with general HR issues, compliance work and recruitment projects.
My experience
I have a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Derby. I am currently studying a part-time post graduate diploma to become CIPD accredited.
How long I've been part of the Cooper Parry team
I joined Cooper Parry on a temporary basis in March 2007 and successfully completed some part-time project work for the HR Consulting team. I became a permanent member of the team in June 2007.
What I did before
I began my career as a trainee management accountant and have since turned my attentions to HR. I have experience as an HR administrator from two large East Midlands based manufacturers.
Great things I've done
I am particularly proud to have achieved a 2:1 in HRM from the University of Derby. I was originally brought into the team to develop the Consulting Teams recruitment service and this has recently been launched.
My interests
A keen life-long learner, I attend lectures at University two evenings a week. I enjoy keeping fit and love to play football. When I’m not playing football I try to watch Liverpool play at every possible opportunity.
