How I can help
I am a Consultant within the IT team providing Implementation and training services, predominantly for Iris Exchequer software. My background as a management accountant means that I understand and have encountered many of the business issues that you face.
My experience
I originally trained as a CIMA management accountant and have worked for companies of various sizes and in wide ranging industries over my career, ranging from privately owned companies, listed UK companies and for a couple of years a US based multinational.
This variety of experience has proved invaluable since my switch of direction from being a “bean counter”, as I understand the many and varied situations that I face in implementing financial systems with clients.
How long I've been part of the Cooper Parry team
I started with Cooper Parry in late 1998 as an IT trainer, moving into a more consultancy based role early in the new century.
What I did before
I spent nearly twenty years as a management accountant in a variety of industries, including:
Engineering, Manufacturing, Importing, Plant Hire, Retail and Auctions.
My interests
I am a qualified cricket umpire and have in recent years coached and managed both junior and senior teams at my local club (Wollaton CC)
