How I can help
As a Consultant my role is multi-faceted and I provide specialist advice on business processes such as ERP and CRM solutions. I hold Accreditation for Iris Exchequer Accounting Solutions, Sage CRM and ProspectSoft CRM systems. I am also a qualified Microsoft Office Specialist and Master Instructor.
I also look after our Clients' ongoing needs in the form of Account Management visits, so if you are seeking advice on new systems or are just looking for a solution to a current issue, I will be pleased to help.
My experience
I have a Sales, Administration and Business Management background having worked in Industry for a number of years before managing my own successful I.T. business for 9 years.
I worked for a number of major PLCs such as Trafalgar House Group (Engineering & Construction) and communication and service organisation - Nynex Cablecomms (later known as Cable & Wireless) who were at the forefront of Technology.
I therefore have a breadth of knowledge to share and can fully appreciate the sorts of business issues faced by Corporate Management and Owner / Managers.
How long I've been part of the Cooper Parry team
I joined the IT Team at Cooper Parry in 2005.
What I did before
Prior to working with Cooper Parry, I managed my own successful Retail Business; at a time when hardware was extremely expensive, we provided cost effective refurbished and new build PCs to small businesses, schools, students and the general public.
Great things I've done
One major achievement was to negotiate a contract with the local University to provide a Network Kit Installation and Support Service for students residing in the University Halls (13,000 new students each year) this service was provided from an “On Campus” facility which also retailed I.T. Hardware and Consumables and associated support services.
My interests
I regularly enjoy playing golf and I am a keen sailor - when time permits. I qualified as an RYA Day Skipper (both Power and Sail) 3 years ago and until recently, raced Dinghies at Carsington Water.
