What Happens Next?
Once your case has been logged into the system it will be assigned a response time and priority and passed to an engineer to investigate.
We try to resolve all cases remotely but understand that in some cases an onsite visit may be needed or a third party consulted.
When we believe your case has been resolved you will receive an email confirming the case resolution.
The following table outlines the priority system used to categorise support cases. The priority of a case may need to be changed during the course of the fault investigation.
