Cooper Parry’s HR Consulting and Training & Development teams are joining forces to offer businesses a series of interactive HR workshops.
This is in response to feedback from clients that the ever increasing burden of complex employment legislation is becoming a daily challenge for them.
Clare Johnson, Senior HR Consultant commented: “As more and more key employees in organisations are being given an increasingly important role in dealing with day to day people issues, it is crucial that that they are competent in dealing with these. Our workshops will help managers and supervisors to cope with the pressures of managing people. We are offering a series of practical and informative workshops on common HR issues, that will enable attendees to confidently deal with situations back in the workplace”.
Led by an experienced team of trainers and HR experts, the workshops will give businesses the opportunity to learn about the experiences of other organisations and discuss specific situations that they may be facing. Each workshop costs £150.00 + VAT per delegate, however as a special introductory offer, you can currently book six workshops for the price of five,although this offer ends on 14 April 2008.
