How I can help
I am here primarily to design and deliver training varying from soft skills workshops such topics as Assertiveness or Presentation Skills to bespoke Management Development training for both Cooper Parry Management and clients alike!
My experience
8 years of training experience in the private sector undertaking a wide range of training, from IT training to soft skills and Management Development training. Having passed my Certificate in Training Practice in 2002, I am currently finishing my CIPD Post Graduate diploma in HR Management at NTU.
How long I've been part of the Cooper Parry team
Since August 2007.
What I did before
I was Education & Development Manager for a large Corporate Credit Checking company here in Nottingham.
My interests
As token male of the team it is my job to steer conversation away from shopping and shoes to football and curry.
I play far too much football for my own good to ensure I can still enjoy my weakness for chocolate. I also play drums and thank my lucky stars that my neighbour's are deaf! Otherwise I can be found attempting to herd cats, my two rescue cats to be precise, to ensure they stay out of harms way!
