This course covers legal compliance with the requirements of the Discipline & Grievance process. Participants learn practical skills to plan and conduct disciplinary interviews; make considered assessment whilst recognising the employee's rights in grievance issues.
This training uses case studies to demonstrate when the process should be instigated and appropriate methods to effectively manage the Discipline & Grievance process with the ultimate aim of avoiding a costly and time consuming Employment Tribunal.
