How I can help
I have two and a half years of transaction services experience working on a variety of due diligence assignments including acquisitions, refinancing exercises, AIM listings and financial assistance reviews.
My experience
I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003.
How long I've been part of the Cooper Parry team
I joined Cooper Parry transaction services department during July 2007.
What I did before
I previously spent six and a half years with a Big 4 practice including two years in their transaction services team.
Great things I've done
- Involved in a number of high profile refinancing reviews
- Involved in a number of Foundation Trust hospital reviews
- Involved in largest due diligence project for the TS department to date
My interests
Outside of work I enjoying playing table tennis and I am currently on the management committee of my Table Tennis Club. I am also an avid follower of Derby County Football Club.
