How I can help
I have over eight year’s transaction services experience and the last 3 years have been within the dedicated Cooper Parry transaction services team. I work on a variety of assignments throughout the UK. I work across all industry sectors, but my particular focus is on technology businesses.

What I did before
Four years audit and transaction services experience in a Big 4 practice before returning to Cooper Parry in 2001.

- VC backed acquisitions and second round funding transactions
- Bank funded MBO’s, Corporate acquisitions and re-financing transactions
- Reporting accountant work for AIM listings
My interests
I enjoy both watching and participating in rugby, cycling and football and I balance this with spending time with my wife and two children.
