We have a range of career paths. Business areas including Business and Personal Tax, Audit, Tech & High Growth, Innovation, Outsourcing and Wealth all take on graduates to join their teams.
FROM THE QUALIFYERS TO THE PODIUM
You’ll study towards ACA, ACCA, CTA (depending on your role) professional qualification. Equivalent to a Level 7 Masters. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities you’ll study towards your Chartered Accountant qualification.
This isn’t an easy option. Exam and study requirements are challenging. You’ll have to invest your own time to qualify. But it’s worth it. The rewards are there at the end. Along the way you’ll be coached, mentored and supported to help you succeed.
You’ll work with varied clients and gain a great understanding of the business. You need to be inquisitive and curious to succeed.

This is a marathon not a sprint. The qualification (via an apprenticeship) takes 3 years to complete. You’ll learn and grow in that time. You’ll share the journey with other apprentices and graduates. Enjoying our fun social environment along the way.
The end result? Boom! You’ll have a job. And qualifications. You’ll enjoy that winning feeling when you achieve Chartered Accountant status.
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE AT TRY OUTS

You don’t need to have studied finance at degree level. But you do need to understand how to work with numbers and data. We’re looking for people who don’t just know how to manipulate information. But enjoy working with figures and get a kick out of getting things right.
If you have an interest in numbers as well as a technology, engineering, or chemistry background our roles within Innovation, could be for you. There is no requirement to qualify as a Chartered Accountant, however, if you wish to add that to your trophy cabinet, then we’ll support you to achieve the qualification.
To set you up for success we look for a minimum of 112 UCAS points. With a 2:1 (or predicted 2:1). Drive and ambition are just as important.
