What do you do?
I work in Pensions Audit. This means I test the numbers in the financial statements to check that they are not misstated. I communicate with administrators, actuaries and trustees regularly to keep them up to date on the audit.
Why do you do it?
I have always loved Maths and knew I wanted to have a career doing something involving Maths, so I applied for CP and, after visiting the office for my assessment centre, I knew it was where I wanted to work. The people are amazing and so is the office.
What kind of projects have you been involved in?
Since starting at CP, I have worked on a variety of clients. No job is the same; each client has their own way of working, so we adapt our approach to fit them. The work can be challenging, but it is extremely rewarding to see an audit through from day one of planning to the day the accounts are signed.
What’s on top of your bucket list?
I would love to travel to every single country in the world. I have always loved learning about different cultures and what better way to learn than to visit them all!
