If a service charge scheme hasn’t been run properly, or if your previous accountant has done the service charges incorrectly, we’ll carry out due diligence and set everything straight. No qualms.

And if you’re a managing agent or a landlord going through a busy period, we’d love to lend a hand. We provide secondments frequently and if you have any technical service charge account queries, we’re only ever a phone call away.

Oh, and we offer an in-house client accounting advisory service. Lots of our clients outsource their finance to us, and we can provide assistance and even training on areas including VAT projects, trust tax returns and Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) tax.
