EY reviews the team’s audit work and has been consistently positive about the quality of the work delivered, the clarity of communication and reporting, and the way the audit approach is scoped and focused on the areas of highest risk. That gives us real confidence that the process is being managed effectively from both a local and Group perspective.
The onboarding process was particularly impressive. Rather than simply reviewing information remotely, the team invested time in visiting our sites and getting to know our operations first-hand. That helped them build relationships across the business, gain a strong understanding of how our teams work and establish the foundations for a highly effective long-term partnership.

There is always a thorough debrief after the audit to review lessons learned and plan ahead for the following year, helping us continuously improve the process.
