We were never fans of stuffy classrooms, and we know that everyone has different learning styles. That’s why our Learning & Development programme offers a huge range of ways to get involved, open your eyes to bright, new ideas and become a better version of yourself.


The hub for all things learning here at Cooper Parry. It’s bursting at the seams with videos, articles, podcasts, guides and online courses covering some important skills – the kind our people can benefit from outside of work, as well as in the office.


Each month we dim the lights, roll out the red carpet and dish out the popcorn as we welcome our people into our TED Talk Cinema. It’s a chance for us to showcase some exciting, inspiring ideas from a selection of great speakers. And if anyone can’t make it on the day, we put all the videos onto the CP Learning site, meaning they won’t miss a second. If you fancy a flavour, here’s one of our favourites.


These podcasts offer 30 minutes of insight and chat with guests from across Cooper Parry. We pick their brains and share their knowledge on a whole range of topics that have included creativity, feedback, performance management, coaching and recruitment.


We’re big believers in the power of workshops and you’ll always be encouraged to attend any that catch your eye. They’re collaborative environments, a chance to share experiences with others. And we design them to be interactive, challenging and ultimately rewarding. Just a few of the areas we’ve covered include giving and receiving feedback, holding courageous conversations, and also presenting and communication skills with the guys at Body Talk.


Whichever qualification you’re studying for, be it ACA or otherwise, we’ll always make sure you have time off for tuition, revision and exams. You’ll be surrounded, supported and encouraged by fellow students. And your dedicated line manager will support you through your training, helping you gain varied experiences at a pace that’s right for you.
