What do you do?

My role at CP covers the whole Real Estate & Property Management of our portfolio.

Myself and my team take ownership of the running of our buildings and everything that happens within them.  To be best in class for customer experience, linked with the offices of the future, collaborative and social hubs across the UK. Visually attractive, it’s a balanced workplace which reflects our environmental and social beliefs with a focus on wellbeing, fun and togetherness.

Creating happier and healthier spaces, conducive for meaningful work and interactions between people. Understanding and addressing the needs of all CPers, as well as the various stakeholders, end users and visitors.

Ensuring our buildings and everything in them delivers towards CP’s Commitment to be carbon neutral and net zero.

Why do you do it?

I love being the arranger and am super organised, I am the person who diarizes everything and plans ahead.  So keeping our offices running ship shape and all things that go with that I feel play to my strengths pretty well.

I don’t like sitting still and am a real people person, so having responsibility for our Super Hubs based all over the country allows me to get out and about and understand what makes people tick and what they want from their office environment.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I have been very lucky in helping to create and implement the design and build process of our amazing offices.  Leading on the shift to smart working to move to a completely flexible approach promoting how different working environments can enhance your own productivity.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

To become a celebrity (z-list will do), just so I can take part in Strictly Come Dancing!  My absolute love is all things dance and fitness, and who wouldn’t love to be kitted out in those amazing outfits!
