What do you do?

I head up Nurture, part of the sales function at Cooper Parry. My role is all about building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and future clients – understanding what drives them, what challenges they face, and where we can help. I stay in regular contact with value-add content and highlight opportunities where our brilliant team can add real value and help their business thrive.

Why do you do it?

I’m a professional yapper by trade! A friend once suggested Business Development – I had no idea what it was, but it sounded grown-up. Turns out, it’s the perfect fit. I love connecting with people, understanding what makes them tick, and helping them find solutions. And yes, the unlimited holiday at Cooper Parry is a pretty sweet bonus.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

One of the best parts of my role is how much creativity is championed. Cooper Parry is ambitious, fast-paced, and full of ideas – which means mine are not just heard but supported all the way through. Whether it’s crafting bold outreach campaigns or finding new ways to connect with clients, I get to bring fresh thinking to the table and see it make a difference.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

Building a treehouse – Simpsons style. I love outdoor projects that let me pour my creative energy into something lasting. The idea of building something now that’ll be around for decades? That’s magic.

Otherwise, you can find me on the padel court or golf course – bang average ability, but full marks for enthusiasm.
