WHAT DO YOU DO?

I am a tax advisor who is qualified both in the UK and Ireland. I have experience across all areas of taxation working mainly with SME businesses and their owners across a range of industries both in the UK and Republic of Ireland. 

While I do some work in corporate and personal compliance my main area of work is tax planning and advisory. I have experience in corporate restructures, succession planning, capital gains tax, inheritance planning and cross border taxation. 

WHY DO YOU DO IT?

I get to do a variety of work plus the world of tax is always changing so there’s never a dull moment.  I like looking at a problem, trying to find a solution to it and then making it as simple as possible for someone to understand. 

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

I have worked on many different types of projects including corporate restructures, demergers, incorporations and tidying up group structures. I have worked on cross border UK & ROI planning with shareholders around their capital taxes and helping them exit their businesses in the most tax efficient way.
