What do you do?

I lead the Technical Training team at Cooper Parry, supporting our Audit, Tax, BS&O, and Deals teams. My career began in Audit, where I worked with a wide range of large and complex groups. In 2021, I made a strategic shift to establish and grow our dedicated technical training function from the ground up. Since then, I’ve been focused on building a team that delivers high-impact, tailored training solutions to meet the evolving needs of our people and the business.

Why do you do it?

I do this because I genuinely love seeing that lightbulb moment — when the penny drops and a concept truly clicks. I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams grow, moving from good to great. What better way to make an impact than by making learning and development my everyday focus?

What projects have you been involved in?

In this role, I lead a variety of projects aimed at enhancing our technical training resources and rolling out new learning platforms. I’m typically involved in anything training-related — from strategy and design to delivery and implementation — making sure our people have the tools and support they need to thrive.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

My bucket list is always evolving, but right now, at the very top is a trip to Disneyland with my young children. I can only imagine the joy on their faces – that pure excitement would be absolutely magical. I’d also love to explore Southeast Asia, a region I’ve barely touched but am incredibly curious about. The culture, the food, the landscapes – it’s a part of the world I’m eager to experience.
