SHE ROCKS BUSINESS: PAVING THE WAY FOR THE NEXT GENERATION

We’re back with another She Rocks Business event – and this time, we’re looking to the future.

On 14th May, 4:30-7pm at Cooper Parry’s Sky View offices, we’ll be turning our focus to the next generation of female business leaders. How can we, as today’s leaders, support and champion them? How do we clear the path for their success? And what are the biggest challenges they face as they step into leadership roles?

One of those challenges? Imposter Syndrome – something so many successful women experience but rarely talk about. We’ll be tackling it head-on with our speakers: a trailblazing female business leader and a Gen Z voice, bringing fresh perspectives, real experiences, and game-changing insights.

We’ll also hear from Cooper Parry and Shakespeare Martineau, two professional services firms committed to empowering the next generation of leaders. They’ll share how they’re breaking down barriers, challenging outdated norms, and creating opportunities for women to thrive – both inside their own businesses and across the wider business community.

This is exactly what She Rocks Business is all about. Launched in partnership with Shakespeare Martineau, it’s a close-knit network for female leaders. A place to connect, learn, and share experiences in a space that’s open, supportive, and inspiring. Through intimate, collaborative events, we bring together trailblazers, rising stars, and everyone in between – so you can take newfound inspiration and relationships back into your day-to-day.

Expect an open, honest, and thought-provoking conversation, plus plenty of time to build relationships, exchange ideas, and support each other.

She Rocks Business isn’t just another networking group. It’s a movement. And we’d love you to be part of it.
