PROBLEM

Aguettant UK is a specialist manufacturer of pre‑filled syringes and injectable medicines, serving around 600 hospitals across the UK and Ireland. As part of a growing international organisation, Aguettant needed greater visibility, consistency and insight across its sales and marketing operations—without disrupting day‑to‑day activities.

The business faced several challenges:

  • Fragmented data across multiple systems, limiting visibility of account activity and performance
