- The client was looking to recruit a new permanent finance team member but also had a very specialist, technical requirment on a short term basis.
SOLUTION
- The Resourcing team and the Specialist team worked together to provide a collaborative, agile solution.
- We managed the recruitment process to source the new team member utilising our extensive network in the finance market.
- At the same time, we assessed the client’s requirements and provided a Specialist with exceptional technical skills to deliever on their short term project.
- We also advised that the Specialist could provide cover for the permanent position while the successful candidate serverd their notice period.

- Ensured that the client’s finance team was fully supported by our Specialist, covering the notice period of the new candidate and avoiding any additional pressure on the existing team.
- Delieverd on the client’s short term project, and added signficant additional value through the expertise of our Specialist.
- During the course of the inital assignment the Specialist Identified additional areas where he could add value, resulting in signficant benefit to the client.
- Seamless handover to the new team member resulting in minimal disruption to the team.
