DF Capital is a UK‑based specialist bank supporting the working capital needs of manufacturers and dealers, providing over £1.2bn of distribution and inventory finance in 2023. As the business continued to grow, operational inefficiencies caused by fragmented systems and manual processes began to limit visibility, productivity and scalability.
Customer data was spread across multiple platforms, making it difficult to understand the relationship between clients, revenue generation and growth. Teams relied on manual data collection and validation, leading to duplicated effort, inconsistent information and slow turnaround times. Separate tools for different functions also made collaboration challenging and restricted DF Capital’s ability to gain real‑time insight into customer activity and performance.

SOLUTION
DF Capital partnered with Cooper Parry Digital to migrate core commercial processes onto Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, creating a single, automated platform for customer management, onboarding and case handling.

- Dynamic forms and intuitive user interfaces to ensure the right information is captured at the right time
- Automated, structured case management within Service Cloud, including document generation via Adobe Sign
