Lyst is a global fashion technology platform connecting customers to more than 17,000 premium brands through a personalised shopping experience. As Lyst’s partnership programme grew in scale and complexity, the business needed to unify how it managed partner onboarding, invoicing, contracts and performance tracking.
The existing sales and partnership processes were heavily manual and spread across siloed systems. Documentation creation and management was time‑consuming, partner data was difficult to analyse, and tracking global partners across multiple countries and affiliates added further complexity. These challenges limited visibility, increased manual workloads, and made it difficult for teams to collaborate effectively or gain a single, accurate view of partner relationships.
SOLUTION
Lyst partnered with Cooper Parry Digital to design and implement a centralised Salesforce Sales Cloud solution that would standardise and automate partnership management within a single platform.
Delivered in just two months, the solution included:
- A unified CRM to manage partner onboarding, invoicing, contracts and sales targets
- Automated document generation and e‑signature workflows using Dropbox Sign, reducing manual effort and risk
- Xero integration to provide full visibility of partner invoicing history within Salesforce
- Custom data models and account hierarchies to accurately represent complex partner and affiliate relationships
- Improved data capture and visibility across Sales and Finance teams
