As one of the world’s fastest‑growing fintech companies, Revolut was operating across multiple systems including HubSpot, internal platforms, Jira and Google Sheets. This fragmented setup made it difficult for sales, service and marketing teams to access up‑to‑date information, automate processes and gain a single, reliable view of customer data.

Revolut needed a scalable CRM platform that could integrate multiple data sources, support automation across the entire lead‑to‑opportunity lifecycle, validate data at critical points, and enable better, faster decision‑making as the business continued to grow globally.

SOLUTION

Revolut partnered with Cooper Parry Digital as its digital transformation partner to design and deliver a bespoke Salesforce‑based digital growth platform tailored to its agile, high‑growth environment.

We worked closely with Revolut to implement a global CRM solution that included:

  • A single source of truth by integrating multiple external and back‑office systems into Salesforce
  • Advanced lead and opportunity management, including custom record assignment and guided sales processes
  • Enhanced data validation, reporting and opportunity value calculation
  • Multiple real‑time integrations, including back‑office systems, Jira and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Custom product management to support Revolut’s diverse offering
  • Sales Enablement tools to onboard and train teams at scale
