PROBLEM

LIVENow is a global media platform delivering live sports, music, comedy, talks, and cultural events to audiences worldwide. With a distributed workforce and hundreds of live event projects in flight at any given time, LIVENow needed a CRM platform that would support collaboration, standardisation, and real‑time visibility across its global operations.

At the time, sales and project management relied on a combination of Excel spreadsheets and Outlook inboxes, limiting insight, consistency, and scalability.
