Charlie founded Harmonic and built it into a Sunday Times and Virgin Fast Track business, drawing on 19 years of search experience across CFO, COO and CEO roles. He previously scaled a business to £30m turnover by the age of 24, and has since worked closely with high-growth businesses and leadership teams on senior appointments. He has judged the British Business Awards, hosted the Sifted Summit CFO Panel, and sits on Tech Nation’s advisory board.
