Financial Planning For Female Leaders
Women are set to control a higher proportion of the world’s wealth over the coming years, so why is the wealth management profession skewed towards men? Cooper Parry Wealth is flipping the script.
Levelling The Playing Field
With more women in work, leading businesses, and increasingly becoming the primary earners in their households, women are set to control a significantly larger proportion of the world’s wealth in the years ahead.
But while female leaders face the same financial challenges as men, they’re also more likely to shoulder family-related responsibilities – responsibilities that demand time, energy and, too often, unfair judgments on their leadership.
At Cooper Parry Wealth, we believe financial planning should recognise and respond to those realities. And historically? It hasn’t. The profession has long been skewed towards men – in language, in focus, and in the assumptions it makes.
It’s time to flip the script. It’s time to build a space where women feel genuinely seen, heard and supported.
Why We Launched The Female Leaders Initiative
We launched the Female Leaders movement to help rebalance a system that hasn’t always worked for women – and to empower female founders, executives, entrepreneurs and professionals with financial planning that reflects the realities of their lives.
Our goal is simple:
To provide relevant, engaging, female-centric guidance that helps women shape the lifestyle and legacy they want – on their terms.
This guide, titled ‘Levelling The Playing Field’, was created by Marie Smith, Relationship Associate Partner at Cooper Parry Wealth. It explores the financial planning opportunities available to female leaders and how to make confident, informed decisions at every stage of your career and life.
We also host regular She Rocks Business events, bringing together some of the UK’s most inspiring female leaders to connect, learn from each other, and pave the way for a brighter, more balanced future.
