What do you do?
I advise on business transactions usually in the form of assisting private equity firms make an investment into good businesses or advise business owners on the sale of their business to private equity or another trade player. As an advisor, I’m across the multiple workstreams, milestones and unique hurdles to help get a deal done whether it be preparing marketing materials, valuation analysis, negotiation, or project management to completion. Ultimately, we’re here to add value and support our client in what’s usually one of the biggest milestones of their life.
Why do you do it?
Working in Corporate Finance provides me with a platform to work closely with entrepreneurs and key decision makers. I get satisfaction from investing time, emotion and knowledge into a transaction then seeing it come through the other side.
What kind of projects have you been involved in?
I have been involved in multiple projects across Healthcare, Business Services and TMT. Recent highlights include the sale of sale of Ross Trustees to LDC, Supporting Livingbridge’s investment into AJM Mobility and the sale of Z-Tech to M Group Services.
What’s on top of your bucket list?
I’m into fitness and travel so visiting Everest Base Camp is top of the list. As a big football fan, I would love to travel across the pond in 2026, roundtrip and see a world cup game.
