I make things happen. I take our vision, break it down into actionable steps and drive this through. I’m responsible for our people, processes, technology, finance/MI and regulatory compliance. My passion is enabling those around me – our team, our clients, and wider communities to thrive. I love creating a culture which enables everyone to play to their strengths, and to continually challenge, learn and grow.
