What do you do?

I analyse financial data, creating detailed financial data books to present a clear view of a company’s financials. My work helps identify key risks and opportunities ahead of a proposed transaction, supporting clients in making confident, informed decisions.

Why do you do it?

I enjoy the variety that comes with each project – no two deals are ever the same. It’s rewarding to help clients save money and navigate complex transactions, and there’s a real sense of achievement when a deal is completed, knowing I played a key role in making it happen.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

Since joining the Transaction Services team in August 2022, I’ve worked on a broad range of deals across multiple sectors, gaining valuable experience in financial due diligence. Recently, I’ve worked on a number of internal deals following Lee Equity’s investment into Cooper Parry, which has offered a unique perspective on growth and value creation from the inside.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

A skydive is definitely on the list, along with exploring Japan’s car culture, seeing the Seven Wonders, and travelling through Asia and South America. I love the idea of combining adventure with cultural experiences.
