What do you do?

I’m a manager in the wonderful world of Service Charge, dealing with both Commercial and Residential properties.

Why do you do it?

After joining Cooper Parry 5 years ago in a split role between audit and service charge, having previously had experience in both, I never got around to doing any core audit work and have been in service charge since the day I joined! The work and the team around me are the main reasons for staying put.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I manage portfolios in both the residential and commercial market’s so no 2 days are ever the same.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

The London Marathon. I have so much admiration for the people who have completed it. I’ve got 5k, 10k, a few tough mudders and a half marathon under my belt, but not the big one. Who knows, next year could be the year!
