What do you do?

Supporting business owners through major transitions is a core part of my work. I help clients navigate the full journey of buying or selling their business, guiding them through every stage of the deal cycle. For many business owners, this is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and it’s incredibly rewarding to support them as their years of hard work are realised.

Why do you do it?

I’ve been at Cooper Parry since graduating, and I do what I do because the culture genuinely brings out the best in me, which has allowed me to shape my career. After becoming chartered, I wanted to stretch myself, learn something new and step out of my comfort zone. The team here made that transition feel easy. They’re kind, supportive and truly invested in my growth.

In this role, I enjoy the mix of problem‑solving, strategic thinking and exploration that comes with each project. Every client is different, every sector brings something new, and it gives me a deeper appreciation for how much effort goes into building a successful business.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

Since joining the team, I’ve been involved in a varied mix of projects which has given me the opportunity to develop my knowledge and experience. I look forward to building on these and gaining more exposure to different projects as I progress in my role.

What’s on the top of your bucket list?

My bucket list is full of different experiences I want to be able to look back on.

I’d love to swim with manta rays and whale sharks, hike a mountain to watch the sunrise, learn a new language, make fresh pasta in Italy, go wine tasting in a foreign vineyard, visit New Zealand in late spring, watch a solar eclipse, horseback through the Colorado Rockies.

I’m always open to trying new things.
