What do you do?

I lead operations for our NetSuite practice — essentially making sure that every part of the business, from winning a client to delivering their project and beyond, runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I oversee all of our delivery teams and I’m responsible for the processes, standards and governance that keep everything on track.

On the client side, I can be involved early in the sales process, helping shape how we approach and plan new projects, and I stay close to our existing clients to make sure they’re getting real value from what we do and act as a point of escalation if needed.

Ultimately, my job is to make the practice scalable, consistent and genuinely great to work with — for both our clients and our team.

Why do you do it?

Having previously worked across Finance, ERP consulting and Project Management, I’ve built up a real depth of knowledge for how professional services businesses should run — efficiently, smoothly, and always with the customer at the centre. That experience is what drives me: I want every client to have such a great experience that leaving simply never crosses their mind! 

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

Varied and various – I have Sponsored various projects for banks, tech startups, even a luxury skincare/beauty brand (hoping for some freebies).   
 
Prior to that I have implemented systems at quite a few Cricket and Football clubs which I insisted being on site for!  On one project they insisted I go over and train their finance team in San Jose for week – awful job but someone had to do it….. 

What’s on the top of your bucket list?

Number one is create a bucket list!
